CSATE
The CSATE is a document prepared by Valmesa, as an approved appraisal company, which verifies that the energy certification of a residential property has been carried out with excellent quality and that the property is aligned with the European Taxonomy.
At Valmesa, we are approved by the Bank of Spain. Registration number: 4350
The document consists of:

Energy Efficiency Certification Report

Certificate of Energy Efficiency, made through the recognized documents.

Certificate of Alignment with the requirements of the European Taxonomy: verification that the property contributes to one of the proposed environmental objectives.
This document certifies the financing of a sustainable property with the support of an appraisal company approved by the Bank of Spain.
Portfolio Inferred Energy Ratings
If we do not have the registered certificate, at Valmesa we can infer these data by providing an approximation of the property’s energy rating based on the certificates registered in the same block and the type, year of construction and climatic zone.
This inference allows approximation to qualify a portfolio for informative or statistical purposes.
