Codes of conduct - Quality at all levels

Valmesa is oriented to providing customers –who we put at the top of our organisational hierarchy– with work that is serious, honest, professional, clear and transparent.

In order to do this we carry out quality control at all levels:

Valmesa personnel undergo a rigorous hiring process that is also used in the selection of our network of technicians, which currently has around 700 competent graduates, legally qualified to prepare various different types of reports.

These reports are prepared using a specially developed IT program, which is continually updated to filter out incomplete, unclear or contradictory data.

Depending on the type of report, it must first be checked and validated by one of Valmesa’s branches. By virtue of the amounts involved or the type of asset, etc, certain special reports are subjected to a second check by the General Supervision Department.Depending on the type of report, it must first be checked and validated by one of Valmesa’s branches. All Valmesa’s Valuations are personally supervised at branch level. Each and every one of the 90.000 Valuations carried out annually are directly controlled by one of our supervisors; we consider that no IT system can judge by itself that each Valuation has been carried out correctly.
